The platform accommodates two distinct user roles:

• Shop - representing sellers or clients seeking courier services, capable of creating detailed orders and selecting trusted delivery partners.
• Shipper - individuals responsible for executing deliveries, receiving orders, communicating with clients, and updating delivery status throughout the process.

As a Shop user, you can generate orders with comprehensive specifications and choose among preferred shippers. Conversely, shippers can accept delivery assignments, engage with requesters, and update progress seamlessly.

The delivery workflow is streamlined into straightforward steps, enabling easy tracking of order statuses for users. Notifications are promptly sent to both shippers and sellers, ensuring real-time updates that enhance operational clarity.

Additional features include user information management and partner evaluations presented in an intuitive, visual format. The dashboard provides an overarching view of all active and completed orders, supporting efficient oversight.
